(SP) – An email forward you received from your aunt today appears to be the clear work of NBA superstar Kevin Durant trying to get good things about himself said online.

The email, with the subject line “Fwd: Fwd: Fwd: KD is the best to ever do it,” was sent to you from your aunt’s email address, an odd occurrence since she has never corresponded with you about the NBA or sports before, and typically only sends things about funny cats or Congress.

Your aunt confirmed today that she did not send the email, at least not knowingly.

“I’m not really good with the computer,” said your aunt. “I got the McAfee to get rid of viruses, but the machine is still slow and I get a lot of pop ups when I’m on MSN. All I know is that I don’t know who this Kevin Duran is.”

For his part, Durant did not deny that he hacked into your aunt’s email.

“Hey, good information was sent out about my scoring and championship and how coming to Golden State was the best decision,” said Durant. “How that information got sent is not important.”

The Warriors star says he plans to spend his day tomorrow mailing out postcards under fake names to Thunder players, telling them that they suck at basketball.
