during Super Bowl XLIX at University of Phoenix Stadium on February 1, 2015 in Glendale, Arizona.

A Hollywood movie about the New England Patriots, Tom Brady and the Super Bowl comeback against the Falcons is in the works. Yes. Really.

According to Deadline, the movie (and book!) will  “chronicle the New England Patriots superstar’s come-from-behind win in Super Bowl LI, but it’s not going to shy away from controversy and will include the team’s battle to overcome the Deflategate debacle in 2014, follow Brady’s fall from grace and then his triumphant return to lead the Patriots to his fifth world championship.”

The writing team responsible for the movie also helped create the movies “Patriots Day” and “The Fighter.” It turns out there have been movies about Boston before. Several, in fact.

Unfortunately, the people behind this movie STOLE THE IDEA from another writer with Boston roots!!!  A man by the name of Mike Camerlengo. Here is the evidence:

To right this wrong of Boston-on-Boston crime — Hey! There’s another original movie idea! — SportsPickle has invited Mr. Camerlengo to take the deserved first crack at the screenplay for the Greatriots movie. Enjoy.
