Basketball super-dad LaVar Ball has famously claimed he could have destroyed Michael Jordan 1-on-1 in his day.

The previous information we had about each player’s day was that in 1988, Michael Jordan averaged 35.0 points per game for the Chicago Bulls and, in the very same year, LaVar Ball averaged 2.2 points per game in his one season at Washington State. Close, but a slight edge to Jordan there.

Now we have footage of Ball playing in a rec league game in Chino Hills, California, to perhaps decide the great Ball-v-Jordan debate once-and-for-all. Ball is No. 8 in the footage. Enjoy.

LaVar Ball is undoubtedly the Michael Jordan of baseball of basketball. That means his son Lonzo Ball must also be better than Steph Curry (at something other than basketball).
