Kyle Boller played for the Ravens from 2003 to 2008 and then went to Louis Rams before joining Oakland Raiders from 2010 to 2011. Boller is considered to be one of the worst quarter backs in the history of the NFL.

Rick Norton was the first quarterback in Miami Dolphins history. However this is during the time when the team had no talent. He was only there because there were no quarterbacks in the team. Had there been someone who was better, the team would have opted for that person.
